By accessing or using BDigitizing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
BDigitizing provides professional embroidery digitizing and vector conversion services. We convert customer-provided artwork into machine-readable embroidery file formats (DST, PES, EXP, etc.) and vector formats (EPS, AI, PDF).
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any artwork submitted for digitizing. You agree not to submit copyrighted material without authorization. You are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution source files for optimal digitizing results.
Standard turnaround is 12-24 hours for most digitizing orders. Rush service is available at an additional cost. Delivery is made via digital download. Production timelines begin once artwork is received and payment is confirmed.
We offer free minor revisions on all digitizing orders. Major redesigns (changes to stitch type, density, or complete re-digitizing) may incur additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
BDigitizing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digitizing services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
