BDigitizing was founded to solve a persistent problem in the embroidery industry: inconsistent digitizing quality. We've seen too many production shops waste hours fixing poorly digitized files — thread breaks, puckering, misaligned underlay. We decided to build a digitizing service that treats every design the way we'd want it treated on our own machines.

Every design we deliver is optimized for your specific machine — whether you run Tajima, Barudan, Melco, or Brother. We use industry-leading software (Wilcom, Pulse) and test each file for stitch integrity before delivery.
